IKC3 were delighted to hold their inaugral Sustainability Professionals Network Ireland Event in Killarney on 18th April at The Killarney Park. The Sustainability Professionals Network Ireland is an opportunity for industry, enterprise, SMEs, community groups, social enterprises and people interested in developing their knowledge and skills in sustainability to meet and share their experiences and hear from leading experts.
Attendees gained insights from IKC3 and leading organisations developing their sustainability plans and activities. We were exicited to welcome a number of guest speakers to the event including Louise Byrne, Sustainability Manager at The Killarney Park and The Ross Killarney, Shane Finn, Co-Founder of OUTWEST Clothing and Alex Grassick, Climate Action CoOrdinator, Kerry County Council.
Following the presentations, groups were given the opportunity to work together by sharing their own experiences, help with challenges and offer their advice.
